Deposit Policy

Please review before submitting your payment:

• The deposit is required to confirm your appointment.

• The $50 deposit will be credited toward your treatment or consultation.

• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 business hours' notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

• Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 business hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law.
